They are that - a team. But make no mistake, each one is a strong individual... bringing their own point of view and their own specific expertise to Speakeasy's leadership effort. And each is deeply committed to their own journey toward more powerful communication.
With an average tenure of fifteen years, each member of this group represents a key element of our business - curriculum, consulting, client relations, operations and finance. And while each manages their individual areas of responsibility, their roles on this team are focused on balance and connection... on being connected enough with themselves that they can be open to others. And on using that openness to build trust and to lead... both our organization and the value it delivers to you |
Scott Weiss, President and CEO
Scott first came to Speakeasy as a client - after ten successful years as a senior executive in the broadcast and cable industries. His own experience was profound enough that he joined the company as Executive VP and eventually bought the business in 2003. Originally from Detroit, Scott and his family have been in Atlanta for 31 years. He leads Speakeasy’s management effort, is our visionary, and is our most constant driver of both growth and quality. |
